Job description:Location: Chennai (on-site)Experience: 6+ yearsIndustry: ApparelRole ObjectiveWe are hiring for a fast-growing apparel company seeking a Performance Marketing Lead to build and scale its digital sales engine. This is a hands-on role for a data-driven marketer who thrives on optimizing paid media and marketplace advertising. You will own end-to-end execution across digital platforms and marketplaces, ensuring profitable growth and measurable impact.Key ResponsibilitiesD2C Growth: Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads (PMax, Search, Shopping) to drive sales on the company website.Marketplace Advertising: Manage Myntra Ad Platform (MAP) and Flipkart PLA/PCA dashboards. Leverage search analytics to identify keyword gaps and optimize “Always-on” campaigns.Agency Management: Act as the primary contact for external agencies. Define KPIs, audit performance daily, and ensure reporting integrity.Analytics & Reporting: Build real-time dashboards tracking CAC, ROAS, LTV, and RTO. Translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.System Building: Establish structured processes for creative testing, keyword harvesting, and budget pacing in the first 90 days.Skills & Qualifications6+ years of experience in performance marketing and marketplace management within the e-commerce/D2C domain.Expertise in GA4, Meta Business Suite, and Google Ads Manager.Hands-on experience with marketplace seller portals (Flipkart, Myntra Search Analytics or similar platform).Strong analytical ability to convert data into strategic insights and business actions.Note:The interested professional should be currently living in South India.
