As a Bancassurance Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, promoting our life insurance products, and driving sales through effective strategies and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with bank partners to promote bancassurance products.
• Identify and target potential clients through direct sales efforts and networking.
• Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to clients and bank staff.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Provide training and support to bank staff on life insurance products and sales techniques.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present sales reports to management, highlighting performance and areas for improvement.
