ResponsibilitiesRecruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents. Build and maintain relationships with agents. Train and motivate agents to achieve business targets. Generate business through the agency channel. Conduct field visits and customer meetings. Monitor agent performance and support business growth. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Candidate RequirementsGraduation is mandatory. Minimum 6 months of sales experience. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable with field sales and target-based work. BFSI/Insurance/Banking/Field Sales experience will be an advantage. Candidates aged 18–32 years can apply.
