Process Trainer - Customer Support

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Process Trainer for our Customer Support team, specializing in the international voice process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training new hires and existing staff on best practices in customer service, focusing on inbound calls. This role requires a strong understanding of customer support processes and the ability to effectively communicate and impart knowledge to team members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver training programs for new and existing employees in the customer support department.
• Assess training needs and create tailored training materials to enhance team performance.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
• Provide ongoing support and coaching to team members to ensure adherence to company standards and processes.
• Collaborate with management to identify areas for improvement in customer service delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training content.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience as a Process Trainer in a customer support environment, particularly in international voice processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
