Key Roles & Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Business Development ·        Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies aligned with company goals. ·        Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and potential customers (hospitals, clinics, distributors, government tenders, etc.). ·        Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring to drive growth. Sales Management ·        Achieve sales targets by driving the sales team towards consistent performance. ·        Build and manage relationships with key accounts, channel partners, and distributors. ·        Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients/customers. ·        Monitor sales pipeline, forecast sales performance, and ensure timely reporting to management. Marketing Management ·        Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, conferences, and exhibitions. ·        Collaborate with product development and R&D teams for market feedback and product positioning. ·        Ensure brand visibility through digital marketing, medical exhibitions, seminars, and CME programs. ·        Create marketing materials (brochures, presentations, product catalogs ) in line with compliance standards.   Regulatory & Compliance ·        Ensure marketing and promotional activities comply with medical device regulations and ethical guidelines. ·        Coordinate with the regulatory team to ensure sales and marketing materials meet compliance requirements. Customer Engagement & Support ·        Provide product training and demonstrations to doctors, healthcare professionals, and sales teams. ·        Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure after-sales support in coordination with service teams. ·        Collect customer feedback to improve product quality and service offerings. Team Leadership & Reporting ·        Lead, motivate, and train the marketing & sales team to achieve business objectives. ·        Set sales targets, review performance, and provide guidance for continuous improvement. ·        Prepare regular MIS reports on sales performance, market analysis, and customer insights for top management.     Required Qualifications & Skills; ·         Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. ·         Experience: 7–12 years in sales & marketing (preferably in medical equipment/healthcare industry). ·        Strong knowledge of healthcare industry, medical devices, and hospital procurement processes. ·        Proven track record in achieving sales targets and business growth. ·        Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. ·        Experience in handling government tenders and institutional sales. ·        Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving abilities. ·        Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools. ·        Willingness to travel extensively across regions.
