Roles & Responsibilities:Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer queries and provide resolutions.Communicate effectively with customers in a polite and professional manner.Manage customer interactions in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high customersatisfaction.Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow up where necessary.Collaborate with the team to meet individual and team performance metrics.Adapt to dynamic customer requirements and handle escalations where required.Qualifications & Skills:Education: Minimum qualification: 12th Pass.Languages Required: Proficiency in Malayalam, Telugu, Tamil, and English (mandatory).Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers.Prior experience in a voice process or customer service is a plus but not mandatory.Good listening and problem-solving skills.Basic computer knowledge to manage call-related data and CRM tools.
