Performance Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Expert (Chandigarh)

Omacle Technologies is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive / Digital Marketing Expert with hands-on experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.

We are looking for someone who understands how to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital campaigns with a strong focus on generating measurable results.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working independently on advertising accounts, analyzing campaign performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, and other relevant campaign formats.
• Manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Set up campaigns based on objectives such as lead generation, website traffic, conversions, engagement, and brand awareness.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and campaign segmentation.
• Monitor campaign budgets, CPC, CTR, CPL, conversions, ROAS, and other performance metrics.
• Optimize campaigns regularly to improve performance and reduce acquisition costs.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis for paid advertising campaigns.
• Coordinate with designers and content teams for ad creatives, copy, and campaign requirements.
• Set up and review conversion tracking, pixels, events, and campaign analytics.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and provide actionable recommendations.
• Test different creatives, audiences, copy, placements, and campaign strategies through A/B testing.
• Stay updated with changes and best practices across Google Ads and Meta advertising platforms.

Skills & Requirements

• Preferably 12 years of practical digital marketing or performance marketing experience.
• Good working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Ads, and Instagram advertising.
• Understanding of campaign targeting, remarketing, conversion funnels, and audience building.
• Ability to analyze advertising data and optimize campaigns based on performance.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking is an advantage.
• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns.
• Good communication and reporting skills.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is hands-on rather than purely theoretical. You should be comfortable opening an advertising account, understanding what is working or not working, and making the necessary changes to improve campaign results.

Candidates who have previously managed campaigns for multiple businesses, clients, or industries will be preferred.

Compensation

15,000-25,000 per month (based on skill)

Salary may be reviewed based on performance, skills, and demonstrated capability.
