Essential Duties & Functions

Review, price, and manage renewal business (multi line with an emphasis on general liability and property) in accordance with company guidelines

Select, price, quote, and decline new business in accordance with company reputed company guidelines and reputed company, reputed company judgment

Manage assigned territory that supports the reputed company and profitability objectives established by the business unit. Create reputed company agency management plans that encompasses production and loss reputed company as reputed company as travel and marketing plans

Respond to endorsement requests from existing accounts

10-25% travel to assigned agents

Qualifications

2+ years Property and Casualty reputed company experience required including expertise in general liability and property risks; experience reputed company Excess and Surplus lines preferred

Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required. reputed company designations (CPCU, AU, ETC.) are a plus

Experience working with wholesale brokers preferred

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are required; The ability to market Penn-America products to agents is essential
