What You'll Own

Lead end-to-end city operations for last-mile medicine deliveries of the assigned cityDrive On-Time Delivery, Delivery Success Rate, customer experience and operational SLAsOwn rider hiring, onboarding, productivity, utilization, retention and performanceBuild efficient route planning, dispatch and fleet utilization strategiesManage daily city capacity planning based on demand and shipment volumesIdentify operational bottlenecks and implement quick, data-driven solutionsMonitor city-level KPIs and continuously improve operational performanceWork closely with Product, Tech, Customer Support, Finance and Business teamsBe hands-on with the on-ground setup and launch of hubs, fleet operations and other city-level operational activitiesBuild scalable SOPs and processes as Phox Health expands

What we are looking for

Has strong experience in City Operations / Last-Mile / Delivery OperationsHas managed large field teams or delivery fleetsUnderstands capacity planning, route optimization and delivery economicsIs highly data-driven and comfortable with operational dashboards and KPIsHas strong people and stakeholder management skillsStrong spoken Hindi is mandatory. Kannada is mandatory for the Bengaluru position .
