Telecalling - Internship

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Making outbound calls to cold and warm leads to introduce the company's products or services.

2. Handling inbound and outbound customer inquiries by providing information, resolving queries, and assisting with pricing and basic troubleshooting.

3. Effectively pitching products or services, addressing customer objections, and converting leads into sales or scheduling appointments.

4. Updating and maintaining accurate customer records, call logs, and feedback in the company's CRM system.

5.
