Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred (September mid/end)Work Mode: 5 days WFOSkills : Primary Skill: L2 & L3 Protocols , Python: Not mandatory, GPON: Good to havePreferred Certifications: CCNA / CCNP / CCIE ( Good to have)Education Bachelor's degree or above (full-time preferred)Major Computer Science, Telecommunications, Information Engineering, Automation, or related fieldsExperience - 5–8 years in telecommunications product testing, PON/optical access testing, or related areasPON Technology Solid understanding of PON fundamentals (e.g., GPON/XGSPON architecture and basic optical access concepts)Networking Familiar with switch/router operation principles; knowledge of fundamental protocols such as TCP/IP, VLAN, OSPF, BGPForwarding Basic understanding of Layer 2/Layer 3 forwarding to support test scenario designTesting Skills Experience in test execution, defect management, and test reportingLinux & Containers Working knowledge of Linux-based test environments, including CentOS, Rocky Linux, Ubuntu, Docker, and Kubernetes basics for test setup and executionAutomation skill Able to use Shell commands and scripts for log collection, environment checks, test execution, and basic troubleshootingAble to develop Python scripts for test automation, data processing, and basic test result analysisExperience developing and maintaining Robot Framework test cases and keywords, including Python-based keyword libraries for automated regression testing
