Infosys - Product Management Role

We are looking for an experienced Product Management professional to drive product strategy, roadmap, and execution across the product lifecycle.

The role will work closely with business, technology, design, engineering, and other cross-functional teams to identify customer needs, define product priorities, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with organizational and business goals.

• Own the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through development, launch, adoption, and continuous improvement.

• Translate customer needs, business requirements, and market insights into clear product requirements and priorities.

• Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to identify opportunities for product growth and differentiation.

• Develop product roadmaps, define milestones, and manage priorities across multiple initiatives.

• Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, architecture, sales, marketing, and business teams to ensure effective product execution.

• Create detailed PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and product documentation.

• Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements and ensure successful delivery of product features.

• Define and monitor product KPIs, adoption metrics, customer feedback, and business outcomes.

• Use data and customer insights to identify product gaps and drive continuous improvements.

• Lead stakeholder discussions and communicate product strategy, roadmap, progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.

• Manage multiple product initiatives while balancing customer value, technical feasibility, timelines, and business impact.

• Drive product launches and coordinate with relevant teams for successful go-to-market execution.

• Mentor and guide product managers and contribute to building strong product management practices.

Required Skills :

• 14-17 years of experience in product management, product strategy, or a related role.

• Strong experience in product lifecycle management and roadmap ownership.

• Excellent understanding of product discovery, requirements gathering, prioritization, and execution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

• Experience working with engineering and technology teams in an Agile environment.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear product specifications.

• Experience managing multiple products, platforms, or complex product initiatives.

• Strong understanding of customer-centric product development.

• Experience with product analytics, KPIs, experimentation, and product performance tracking.

• Strong leadership, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities .
