Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant with 810 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting, GST/TDS compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Prepare bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
• Assist in preparation of P&L;, Balance Sheet, and other financial reports.
• Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors.
• Monitor outstanding payments and receivables.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documents.
• Assist in manufacturing costing, inventory accounting, and expense analysis.
• Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing.
• Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers as required.

Requirements

• 810 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing company.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Positive knowledge of GST and TDS.
• Experience in audit, reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and accounting/ERP software.
• Manufacturing accounting and costing experience is preferred.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to independently manage accounting activities.
