Social Media Coordinator

We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and creative Social Media Coordinator who can manage day-to-day social media activities and ensure seamless execution across multiple brands. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate social media activities across multiple client accounts. Create and manage content calendars and ensure timely execution. Coordinate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and internal teams for content delivery. Schedule, upload, and publish content across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Track deliverables, manage deadlines, and follow up with team members. Monitor comments, DMs, and basic audience engagement. Ensure brand consistency across all social media communication. Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio, reels, and platform updates. Assist in campaign planning, brand launches, and monthly performance reporting. Requirements: 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Good understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously. Basic understanding of Canva and social media scheduling tools. Attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and a proactive approach. Agency experience will be an added advantage.
