Candle Making Assistant

About the RoleWe are looking for a hardworking, reliable, and detail-oriented person to assist with the day-to-day production of handmade scented candles at our workspace in Kalkaji, New Delhi. The role involves helping with candle-making, preparing materials, packaging finished products, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace. No prior experience is necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate. Key Responsibilities Assist in making handmade candles, including wax preparation, melting, pouring, and finishing. Prepare candle jars, wicks, fragrances, colours, and other materials. Help with candle setting, trimming, labelling, and quality checks. Pack finished candles for customer orders and deliveries. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the production area. Keep track of raw materials, supplies, and inventory. Assist with other day-to-day production tasks as required. Requirements Hardworking, punctual, and dependable. Willingness to learn candle-making techniques. Good attention to detail and an organised approach to work. Comfortable with hands-on work and standing for periods of time. Able to follow instructions and maintain quality standards. Previous experience in candle-making, handicrafts, packaging, or production is a plus, but not mandatory. What We Offer On-the-job training in handmade candle production.
