Production Supervisor

·        Experience in Narrow Woven Fabrics Tape, Elastic Tape, Braiding, Textile or similar manufacturing will be preferred. 5. Key Responsibilities Manage and supervise daily production activities Allocate machines and manpower according to production requirements Monitor production targets, output and efficiency Ensure production is completed as per quality standards Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team Check raw material availability and reduce material wastage Maintain daily production records and reports Control rejection, rework and production losses Manage operators and workers on the production floor Ensure proper implementation of 5S, safety and discipline Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance and Planning departments Prepare daily/monthly production reports Identify production problems and take corrective action Ensure production is completed according to the planned schedule
