Job Description

Manage end-to-end General Ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closeEnsure accurate and compliant financial statements (statutory and internal)Prepare and analyze MIS reports covering performance, variances, and trendsHandle inventory accounting, valuation, and month-end closure in ERPManage accounting for multiple entities and support consolidationCollaborate with FP&A for budgeting and forecasting insightsLead statutory and internal audits with complete documentationStrengthen internal controls and improve GL/MIS processes and automationPartner with cross-functional teams for data validation and reporting

The Successful Applicant

MBA Finance / CA Inter / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification

7-15 years of experience in GL accounting and MIS reporting

Strong exposure to manufacturing / industrial environment. Should know Fixed Asset Accounting/Inventory/Depreciation.

Hands-on experience in month-end closing and inventory accounting

Experience with ERP systems - Navision and Microsoft D365 and advanced Excel is preferred (Not Mandatory).

Strong analytical mindset with ability to work in dynamic setups

Comfortable in a high-ownership, individual contributor role
