Collect, verify & review Australian mortgage/loan docs.
Calculate income & verify payslips/tax statements.
Guide clients on interest rates, quotes & file updates.
Update CRM daily & track stages to ensure turnaround times (TAT).
Required Candidate profile
1-3 yrs exp in Loan Ops/Mortgage/BPO.
Excellent English communication skills.
Proficient in CRM & MS Excel.
Comfortable with 5 AM to 2 PM shift.
Candidates near Kandivali / Western Line preferred. .
