Job description
The role
We're looking for a storyteller who lives on social media to own Fibr's voice: the posts,
threads, newsletters and articles that make people think of Fibr when they think about
Agent Experience. You'll write and edit much of it yourself, run our social channels and
the founders' voices, and work closely with our Lead Growth and video team.
About Fibr's Agent Experience product. More and more, the first visitor to a brand's
website is an AI agent: ChatGPT or Perplexity researching for a buyer, or Meta's Muse
browsing and buying. Most sites are hard for agents to read and use. Fibr fixes that, and
measures whether AI assistants recommend the brand. The category is new and AI moves
weekly, so the clearest storyteller will own it.
What you'll do
Own the voice. Set Fibr's tone, style and editorial calendar across every channel.
Write and edit. LinkedIn posts, X threads, carousels, the Agent-First Web publication
on Substack, newsletters, research reports and launch copy.
Run social, daily. Publish, reply and join the conversations where marketers and e-
commerce leaders talk about AI.
Build the founders' voices. Shape and ghostwrite their posts so they become
recognised voices on Agent Experience.
Move at AI speed. Turn major AI news into a sharp Fibr take within hours.
Lead launch content every week: a tool, a research story, a feature or a partnership,
told for each platform.
Own the weekly numbers. Track impressions, engagement, followers, subscribers and
leads week on week, and double down on what works.
Your first 90 days
Days 1–30: write the voice and style guide, set the editorial calendar, publish daily on
LinkedIn and X, and write the Meta Muse readiness checker launch content.
Days 31–60: publish weekly on Substack, set a founder ghostwriting rhythm, and turn
one research story into a cross-platform series.
Days 61–90: run a repeatable content system with measurable growth in impressions,
audience and leads, plus a small bench of freelance writers if needed.
How we'll measure success
Week-on-week growth in impressions and engagement.
Followers and subscribers on each platform.
Fibr mentioned alongside Agent Experience in posts, newsletters and AI assistants'
answers.
Leads that come from content.
Launch content shipped every week.
You must have
Proof of work (required): you've grown the audience and brand of an AI-first or tech
product, B2B or consumer, through writing and social, and can show the posts and the
results.
Exceptional writing and editing: sharp, clear, and true to a voice. You can take a
technical idea and make it travel.
Native fluency on LinkedIn and X: you know what earns attention on each, and you're
there every day.
A close grip on AI: you use AI products daily, follow launches as they happen, and can
turn news into a clear take within hours.
Enough technical depth to write accurately about crawlers, agents and websites, and
to work with engineers.
4+ years in content or social for tech brands. Your proof of work matters more than the
number of years.
Nice to have
An audience of your own among marketers or tech builders.
Ghostwriting experience for founders or executives.
SEO know-how and experience with long-form articles.
Design skills for carousels and social graphics.
