Content & YouTube Strategy - Internship (WFH)

About the internship:We are looking for a curious, creative, and hands-on Content & YouTube Intern who can help us build and grow our YouTube presence. This is not just a video-editing role. We're looking for someone who can think about content what makes a video interesting, how a story should be told, what viewers may connect with, and how content can be improved.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit YouTube videos, shorts and other video content

2. Understand raw footage and identify the best moments, stories and sequences

3. Help develop video concepts, hooks, titles and content ideas

4. Assist with YouTube uploads, descriptions, tags, thumbnails and basic SEO

5. Study YouTube content, trends and competing channels to identify opportunities

6. Think about how to improve viewer retention, engagement and storytelling

7. Repurpose long-form videos into Shorts/Reels

8. Maintain and organize the video/content library

9. Track basic YouTube analytics and identify what is working and what can be improved

10.
