Loan Officer

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Loan Officer to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in microfinance and loan sales, with a focus on personal and group loan products. As a Loan Officer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and facilitating the loan application process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential clients to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan options.
• Conduct thorough assessments of loan applications and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our loan products.
• Participate in community outreach programs to promote financial literacy and the benefits of microfinance.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in microfinance, loan sales, or related fields.

• Knowledge of financial products, including personal loans, group loans, and credit cards.
• Familiarity with the NBFC sector and CASA sales is advantageous.
