Key Responsibilities:Lead, guide, and motivate a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets and performance goals.Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition to offer rollout.Collaborate with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and define hiring strategies.Allocate roles and priorities within the team to ensure efficient workflow.Oversee sourcing through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.Review and screen candidate profiles to ensure quality and alignment with requirements.Conduct regular team reviews, track KPIs, and ensure adherence to defined SLAs.Identify process improvements and implement best practices in recruitment.Maintain recruitment dashboards, reports, and analytics for management review.Train and mentor team members to improve sourcing effectiveness, interview skills, and stakeholder communication.Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment standards, and data privacy regulations.
