Farm Machinery Manager

Core Responsibilities:

Equipment Maintenance: Schedule and perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and major repairs on tractors, harvesters, implements, and irrigation systems.Machinery Operation: Operate heavy farm machinery, tillage tools, sprayers, and precision agriculture technology safely and efficiently.Inventory and Procurement: Track spare parts, fuel, and tools, while recommending and purchasing new machinery or attachments based on farm needs.Staff Training and Safety: Train farm workers on the safe operation of equipment, enforcing strict workplace safety standards and compliance guidelines.Logistics and Coordination: Work with farm leadership to schedule equipment use for planting, spraying, harvesting, and special field operations.
