Client Servicing - Internship

About the internship:We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who is friendly, organised and good at communication. The role involves handling customer enquiries, following up with leads, coordinating orders and ensuring a smooth experience for clients from enquiry to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, calls, Instagram and other channels.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.

Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders.

Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, dispatch and installation teams.

Keep customers updated about order status, dispatch and delivery.

Maintain customer and order details in Excel/CRM.

Maintain regular follow-ups with interior designers, architects, caf s and other business clients.

Ensure timely communication and a positive customer experience.

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 8,000 - 12,000 /month
