Agency Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Agency Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in the Chandigarh Region, Delhi-NCR Region, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Uttar Pradesh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in insurance sales, particularly in general and motor insurance, and will be responsible for driving sales through the agency channel.

As an Agency Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and managing a network of insurance agents, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed. You will be responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing strategies to achieve growth in the agency channel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share in the agency channel.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to achieve sales targets.
