Digital Project Manager

Job Title: Digital Project ManagerLocation: MumbaiExperience Level: (3+ years) About the RoleWe are looking for a Digital Project Manager with approximately 3 years of experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who has a solid understanding of digital platforms and technologies, strong client communication skills, and the ability to manage projects from concept to delivery.As a client-facing role, your ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken is critical. You’ll work closely with internal tech and design teams as well as external clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end digital projects across websites, mobile apps, backend systems, CRM integrations, and moreServe as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and translating them into actionable project plansCoordinate internal teams, including developers, designers, QA, and content managersPrepare project timelines, budgets, and resource plans; track progress and manage scope changesLead regular status meetings and provide clear documentation and reportingIdentify risks and proactively manage issues to ensure successful deliveryEnsure quality assurance at all stages of the project lifecycleCollaborate with technical teams to assess feasibility and provide realistic estimates and solutionsRequired Qualifications3+ years of experience in digital project managementStrong understanding of digital technologies, including web development, mobile apps, backend platforms, APIs, and CRM systemsProven experience managing multiple digital projects simultaneouslyExcellent command of English (written and spoken)Experience working in client-facing roles, ideally within an agency or digital solutions environmentProficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Slack)Ability to create clear and structured documentation and presentationsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with cross-functional and multicultural teamsFamiliarity with Agile or hybrid delivery methodologiesKnowledge of tools such as Figma, WordPress, HubSpot, or Salesforce is a plus
