Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For 2–5 years in Customer Success Engineering / Technical Account Management / ProductSupport / Technical Support (B2B SaaS preferred). Comfortable supporting customers during US business hours. Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of SaaS workflows, integrations,and automation concepts. Excellent communication (written and verbal): clear, structured, and customer friendly. High ownership, strong follow-through, and ability to work independently in a remotesetup. Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders.Nice to Have Experience with customer onboarding, enablement, or adoption programs in SaaS. Familiarity with broadcast TV AdOps, media planning, and online media sales/buyingplatforms. Prior experience working with US or global customers. Startup / fast-paced environment experience.
