Meta Ads Expert - Fresher (WFH & Part Time)

About the job:Job description

We are hiring a Meta Ads Expert to plan, run, and scale paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram for our brand. You'll own campaigns end to end, from audience research and creative testing to budget optimization and reporting, with a clear focus on ROAS, leads, and sales.

Key responsibilities:

1. Plan, set up, and manage Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) across awareness, lead generation, and conversion objectives

2. Research and build target audiences, including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences

3. Run A/B tests on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and placements to improve performance

4. Monitor daily ad performance and optimize budgets and bids to hit CPL, CPA, and ROAS targets

5. Set up and troubleshoot Meta Pixel, Conversions API, and event tracking

6. Work with the design/content team to brief and shortlist high-performing ad creatives and reels

7. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with clear insights and next steps
