📌 Admission Counsellor – Job DescriptionHandle enquiries from students and parents regarding admissions and courses. Counsel students for NEET, JEE, MHT-CET and IISER preparation programs. Counsel students and parents for Classes 8th, 9th & 10th across CBSE, ICSE and State Board . Explain course structure, batch timings, faculty, study material, tests and other academic facilities. Explain fee structure, scholarships, discounts and available payment options clearly to parents. Generate admissions through regular calling, follow-ups and counselling. Handle incoming leads through phone calls, WhatsApp and walk-in enquiries . Understand the student's academic requirements and recommend the appropriate course/batch. Maintain regular follow-up with interested students and parents until admission is completed. Convert prospective leads into confirmed admissions. Maintain proper records of leads, follow-ups, counselling and admission status. Coordinate with the academic and administration team for smooth admission processing. Build good relationships with students and parents and provide professional assistance. Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets. Handle objections and queries related to courses, fees, batches and academic programs. Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with parents and students. Previous experience in education counselling, sales or admission counselling will be preferred. Candidates should have good communication, convincing and interpersonal skills . Candidates with experience in coaching institutes, schools or education sales will be preferred. Working Days: Monday to Saturday Location: Pune, Nehru nagar Job Type: Full-Time
