The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice and accent training, particularly within the context of international voice processes and customer support. This role is crucial in enhancing the communication skills of our customer support representatives, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct training sessions focused on voice modulation, pronunciation, and accent neutralization to improve the overall communication skills of team members.
• Develop training materials and resources that align with the needs of the international voice process.
• Assess the training needs of customer support staff and tailor programs accordingly.
