About the internship:As an HR and Operations intern at Saujil Global, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will work closely with our team to support various HR and operational functions while utilizing your skills in English proficiency (spoken and written), research and analytics, effective communication, interpersonal skills, MS-Excel, MS Word, LLMOps, artificial intelligence, ChatGPT, and Claude.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist with recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and creating job postings.

2. Conduct research and data analysis to support HR and operational decision-making.

3. Support employee onboarding and orientation processes.

4. Assist with performance management tasks, such as conducting employee evaluations and providing feedback.

5. Help with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining employee records and organizing training programs.

6. Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to streamline HR and operational processes.

7. Collaborate with team members to support overall company operations and initiatives.
