Accounts Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our finance team in Daman-Diu, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various accounting functions, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. This role is crucial for the smooth operation of our financial processes and requires a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage GST and TDS calculations and filings, ensuring timely submissions.
• Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Assist in the finalization of accounts and preparation for audits.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in accounting software, particularly Tally.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
