Cloud Solution Architect - AWS/Azure/Google Cloud Platform

Role & responsibilities :

• Lead the design and architecture of complex enterprise application systems ensuring scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

• Define and maintain architectural standards, best practices, frameworks, and governance processes.

• Design and implement end-to-end solution architectures across cloud and on-premise environments.

• Evaluate and recommend emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to improve system efficiency and business outcomes.

• Drive architecture reviews and provide technical leadership throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).

• Guide development teams on architecture implementation, coding standards, integration patterns, and deployment strategies.

• Mentor junior architects and developers and promote a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.

• Ensure alignment between business goals and technology strategies.

• Stay updated with industry trends, cloud innovations, and enterprise architecture practices.

Mandatory Skills :

• Strong expertise in Solution Architecture, design patterns, frameworks, and architectural methodologies.

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and API Design.

• Solid understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in high-pressure environments.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.

Preferred Skills :

• Experience with DevOps practices and tools.

• Knowledge of Data Architecture and Database Design.

• Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or Zachman.

• Experience leading architecture transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and orchestration technologies is an added advantage.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Masters degree preferred.

• 6+ years of experience in software development and solution/application architecture.

• Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications.

• Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or architecture frameworks will be an added advantage. .
