Job Summary

The Elite Job is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst Trainee to join our Real Estate Investment Division. The selected candidate will work closely with senior analysts to evaluate investment opportunities, perform market research, and support decisionmaking for highvalue real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in analyzing financial data and preparing investment reports for real estate projects.

Conduct market research and trend analysis to support real estate investment strategies.

Collaborate with the senior finance team to prepare cash flow models, forecasts, and valuations.

Support the due diligence process for property acquisitions and investments.

Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

Monitor real estate market developments and provide insights to support strategic decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong understanding of financial statements, investment analysis, and basic real estate concepts.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data analysis.

Strong analytical, problemsolving, and research skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience

01 year of experience in finance, investment, or real estate is preferred.

Fresh graduates with strong academic performance and interest in real estate investment are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours

Fulltime position with standard office hours (Monday to Friday).
