• Provide remote technical support via video calls, phone, and online platforms.
• Guide customers in installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of solar pumps and street lights.
• Diagnose issues related to PCB, VFD (Variable Frequency Drive), and Pump systems.
• Maintain service records and create technical reports.
• Coordinate with the on-field team when required.
• Provide online training and product demonstrations to customers.Ensure high customer satisfaction with quick resolution.Requirements:
