Agency Channel Manager - Life Insurance

We are seeking an experienced Agency Channel Manager for our Life Insurance division in Andhra Pradesh. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and developing the agency channel to drive sales and enhance the distribution of our life insurance products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of the life insurance market and the ability to build and maintain relationships with agents and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the agency channel's performance and achieve sales targets.
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of insurance agents to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Foster strong relationships with agents and provide ongoing support to ensure their success in selling life insurance products.
• Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to keep agents updated on product offerings and industry trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to create promotional materials and campaigns that support agency sales efforts.
