Telecalling Executive

Job Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally. Explain company products and services clearly to customers. Analyze customer requirements and understand their needs. Guide customers to choose the best suitable product . Maintain call records and update customer details in the system. Follow up with potential leads and ensure customer satisfaction. Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills. Ability to understand customer needs and provide solutions. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools). Prior experience in telecalling/sales/customer service preferred. Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
