CAD Design Engineer - DRONE & 3D PARTS - Ghaziabad

Design and develop 3D models of mechanical components and assemblies. Design drone/UAV components including frames, mounts, brackets, enclosures, and other mechanical parts. Prepare detailed 2D drawings, manufacturing drawings, and technical documentation. Develop accurate BOMs (Bill of Materials) with material specifications and component details. Define appropriate dimensions, tolerances, fits, and design specifications. Design parts suitable for 3D printing, CNC machining, fabrication, and other manufacturing processes. Develop prototypes and coordinate with fabrication/production teams for testing and modifications. Identify design issues and make necessary improvements for functionality, strength, weight, manufacturability, and cost. Work with different materials and understand their suitability for specific applications. Modify and optimize existing designs based on testing and field requirements. Maintain proper CAD files, drawings, revisions, and technical documentation.
