Perform tool setting, workpiece setting, and machine adjustments. Monitor machining operations and ensure dimensional accuracy. Inspect finished components using measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Identify and troubleshoot programming, tooling, and machining issues. Optimize machining cycles to improve productivity and reduce material/tool wastage. Maintain quality standards and follow workplace safety procedures. Coordinate with the production and quality teams to ensure timely completion of jobs. RequirementsMinimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a CNC Programmer . Strong knowledge of CNC turning programming . Practical experience in operating CNC turning machines . Good knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, tool holders, and tooling selection. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. Knowledge of machining parameters, tool offsets, and work offsets. Understanding of precision machining and dimensional inspection. Ability to troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues. Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
