Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible HR Admin Cum Executive to handle end-to-end HR operations and office administration for our Noida office. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in HR generalist activities and admin management.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end recruitment - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboardingHandling employee lifecycle - joining, attendance, leave management, exit formalitiesMaintaining employee database, personal files, and HR MISImplementation of HR policies, SOPs, and complianceHandling payroll coordination, PF, ESI, and statutory compliancesManaging employee engagement, grievance handling, and performance appraisalConducting induction and training programsAdmin Functions:

Managing day-to-day office administration and facilitiesVendor management, office supplies, and AMC coordinationTravel, accommodation, and logistics arrangementsMaintaining office discipline and admin-related documentationCoordination with Head Office Siliguri and other project sitesSkills Required:

5-7 years of experience in HR + Admin roleMBA in HR or similar qualification preferredStrong knowledge of labour laws, PF/ESIC, and HR complianceGood communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in MS Office, Excel, and HRMSAbility to work independently and handle multiple tasksCandidates from construction / infrastructure background will be preferredPay: 30,[hidden],000.00 per month
