About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit wedding films with a strong focus on documentary-style storytelling, emotion, and authentic moments rather than overly stylised edits.

2. Organise and review large volumes of wedding footage, identify key moments, and build a clear and engaging narrative from the raw footage.

3. Edit wedding highlights, cinematic films, teasers and full-length documentary edits while maintaining Taasha Co's visual and storytelling standards.

4. Work with dialogues, vows, speeches, ambient sounds and music to create emotionally engaging films with strong sound design.

5. Perform basic colour correction and colour grading while maintaining consistency across different cameras, lighting conditions and locations.

6. Collaborate closely with the Lead Video Editor and Post-Production Team to understand creative direction, feedback and required revisions.

7. Maintain proper project organisation, including footage, audio, project files, proxies, sequences and exports.

8. Ensure all edits are delivered within the assigned timelines while maintaining high attention to detail and quality.

9. Stay updated with current wedding-film editing techniques, storytelling approaches, music trends and cinematic workflows.

10.
