Agency Development Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Agency Development Manager to join our team in Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a network of agents to promote and sell life insurance products. Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and develop a team of agents to achieve sales targets.
