About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Approach and interview students and young adults in colleges, caf s, and other suitable public spaces about their interests, hobbies, friendships, and experiences.

2. Conduct spontaneous, engaging conversations using questions and creative guidelines provided by the team.

3. Record high-quality vertical videos (9:16) using a smartphone or camera, ensuring clear audio, good lighting, and natural framing.

4. Capture authentic reactions, interesting stories, and relatable moments rather than scripted or rehearsed responses.

5. Brainstorm interesting interview questions, relatable situations, and creative content ideas for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.

6. Organize and submit raw video footage regularly for review.

7. Edit short-form videos into engaging Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts, including captions, music, transitions, and creative storytelling.

The video should begin with a brief self-introduction, followed by a candid, natural conversation with another person on a topic of their choice. We will assess communication skills, confidence, creativity, camera handling, and the ability to make interviews feel spontaneous and engaging. A smartphone recording is sufficient; professional equipment or editing is not required. Please obtain the interview participant's consent before recording and submitting the clip.About Company:We're building an innovative, user-centric social connection app aimed at fostering meaningful interactions. Seeking a talented developer to bring this vision to life.Additional information:Stipend & Incentives: The internship includes a fixed monthly stipend of ₹2,000, with additional performance-based incentives for producing approved video content beyond the agreed monthly deliverables. Candidates with video editing skills selected for both tasks will be given additional pay.

Note: Prior professional experience is not required. We value creativity, confidence, communication skills, and the ability to capture genuine human interactions. Video editing skills are an added advantage but not mandatory.
