Senior Backend Engineer

🚀 We're Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer (Node.js/TypeScript) | Azodha

📍 Pune (Hybrid) | 4-hour overlap with EST | Full-Time

Azodha is building the backend infrastructure powering next-gen healthcare technology — and we're looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help us scale it.

What you'll do:

🔹 Design and build robust backend APIs using Node.js & TypeScript

🔹 Work with PostgreSQL and ORMs like Prisma/TypeORM

🔹 Manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda)

🔹 Build data pipelines and CI/CD workflows

🔹 Drive performance improvements and code quality

🔹 Collaborate closely with QA and mentor junior engineers

What we're looking for:

✅ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

✅ 4+ years of hands-on Node.js & TypeScript experience

✅ Strong experience with AWS, SQL/PostgreSQL, APIs, and CI/CD

✅ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Bonus points for:

⭐ Terraform/CloudFormation

⭐ Docker/Kubernetes

⭐ GCP/Azure exposure

⭐ DevOps background

⭐ Open source contributions
