About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Investment & Fundraising Co-Founder to join NativeMeet as a core member of the founding team.

This role goes far beyond raising capital. We are looking for someone who can help build the financial foundation of the company, shape fundraising strategy, establish investor relationships, and contribute to long-term business growth.

As a Co-Founder, you will be expected to participate in strategic decisions, represent NativeMeet with investors, and help transform our vision into a globally scalable business.

Key Responsibilities

1.Fundraising Strategy

2.Develop and execute fundraising strategies.

3.Build investor-ready fundraising roadmaps.

4.Identify suitable Angel Investors, Venture Capital firms, Family Offices, Accelerators, and Strategic Investors.

5.Lead investment outreach and relationship management.

Financial Strategy

1.Design long-term financial plans.

2.Build financial models and forecasts.

3.Prepare revenue projections.

4.Plan company runway and capital allocation.

5.Define fundraising milestones.

Investor Relations

1.Prepare investment materials.

2.Manage investor communications.

3.Lead due diligence preparation.

4.Coordinate investment negotiations.

Present NativeMeet professionally to potential investors.

Business Growth

1.Contribute to overall company strategy.

2.Evaluate new revenue opportunities.

3.Support international expansion planning.

4.Build strategic partnerships.

Leadership

1.Participate in executive decision-making.

2.Help recruit senior leadership.

3.Work closely with the Founder and leadership team.

4.Maintain transparency and accountability.

8.This is an Equity-Based Co-Founder opportunity.

NativeMeet is currently a bootstrapped startup and does not offer a fixed salary at this stage. Compensation will be through equity and will be formalized based on mutual agreement, contribution, milestones, and long-term commitment.
