careeraxisis a pivotal position that blends meticulous data management with strategic sales insight generation. You will work closely with Business Account Managers, Customer Success Consultants, and Corporate Travel Managers to transform raw data into actionable intelligence that drives revenue, improves customer experiences, and supports the broader business strategy.

This is a fully remote, fulltime opportunity with immediate start dates, competitive hourly compensation ranging from $30$40, and a benefits package designed to reward performance and promote wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Data Collection & Entry:Accurately capture, validate, and maintain large volumes of internal and external travel data, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy standards.

Insight Generation:Analyze sales and travel data using SQL, Alteryx, advanced Excel, and visualization tools to uncover trends, opportunities, and performance gaps.

Strategic Collaboration:Partner with Account Managers and the Customer Success Team to develop account strategies, craft compelling proposals, and deliver persuasive presentations that align with client objectives.

Customer Engagement:Participate in client meetings, QBRs, and RFP processes to understand needs, present insights, and cocreate solutions that drive measurable results.

Reporting & Visualization:Translate complex data sets into clear, concise dashboards and reports for senior leadership, sales teams, and external stakeholders.

Process Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline data workflows, enhance analytical methodologies, and adopt emerging technologies that increase efficiency.

Compliance & Security:Apply data governance best practices, including privacy regulations and internal policies, to protect sensitive information.

CrossFunctional Support:Provide adhoc analytical support to marketing, finance, and operations teams as needed.

Continuous Learning:Stay current on industry trends, analytics techniques, and travel market dynamics to maintain a competitive edge.

Essential Qualifications

Education:High School Diploma or GED required; additional coursework or certifications in data analytics, business, or related fields is a plus.

Experience:24 years of handson experience in sales analytics, data entry, or related roles within the travel, transportation, or hospitality sectors.

Technical Skills:Proficiency in SQL, Alteryx, Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Analytical Acumen:Strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and economics, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and draw actionable conclusions.

Communication:Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to convey technical findings to nontechnical audiences.

ProblemSolving:Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems, develop clear action plans, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

Work Authorization:U.S. citizenship or valid authorization to work in the United States; no sponsorship available.

Preferred Qualifications
