Director Mobile Engineering

We are looking for a Director Mobile Engineering to lead the strategy, architecture, and delivery of high-performance, scalable customer-facing mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities:Lead and mentor a high-performing team of mobile engineers.Drive mobile engineering strategy, architecture, scalability, performance, and reliability.Build and deliver customer-centric mobile products across iOS/Android platforms.Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to drive product innovation.Establish engineering best practices around quality, automation, security, and CI/CD.What Were Looking For:15+ years of experience in software engineering, building large-scale customer-facing products.Strong experience in high-performance, highly available, and scalable systems.Experience in mobile application development and/or leading mobile engineering teams is highly preferred.Strong technical leadership, people management, and stakeholder management skills.Proven ability to drive engineering transformation and deliver complex products at scale. .
