About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging customer segments.

2. Assist in developing business plans and growth strategies for new initiatives.

3. Support the development of ancillary services, such as curated tours, food services, concierge services, travel partnerships, and guest experience products.

4. Research and develop hospitality categories, including medical tourism, corporate stays, accommodations for film and OTT shoots, wedding and event stays, educational institutions, and sports team accommodations.

5. Identify partnership opportunities and assist with stakeholder outreach.

6. Create presentations, business proposals, pitch decks, and marketing plans.

7. Support digital marketing and brand-building initiatives.

8. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute business development projects.

9.
