Accounts & Billing Executive Schedio Architects — Design Studio by Sanjana Reddy | Hyderabad Full time, in-office | ₹25,000–35,000/month | 2–5 years experience ABOUT US Schedio Architects is a Hyderabad-based architecture and interior design practice — 79 completed projects across residential, hospitality, corporate and retail, 8+ years in practice. We handle projects from design through execution and are building our internal finance and project-control function. THE ROLE You will own project-wise money across 15+ live projects. This is a control role, not a data-entry role. RESPONSIBILITIES • Maintain project-wise cost sheets — contract value, client  collections, vendor payments, net position — for every live project • Verify vendor bills against site measurement before processing  payment • Raise client invoices against agreed payment stages and follow up  on collections • Track GST input credit on all material purchases; coordinate  monthly returns with our CA • Maintain vendor ledgers, retention tracking and payment schedules • Enforce our payment rule: no vendor payment is released unless the  corresponding client stage payment has been received • Maintain books in Zoho Books / Tally with project-wise cost centres • Monthly MIS — project position summary, receivables ageing, cash  position REQUIREMENTS • B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (completed or discontinued both fine) • 2–5 years in accounts, preferably with a construction, interiors  or contracting firm • Working knowledge of GST, TDS and input credit • Tally or Zoho Books; strong Excel including pivot tables • Telugu, plus English or Hindi • Comfortable holding a line with vendors and site staff on payment  requests — this is a real part of the job GOOD TO HAVE • Project-wise costing experience • Familiarity with BOQs and site measurement • Works contract GST exposure Apply: [hidden] or Whatsapp [hidden] with your Resume
