Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Health Insurance Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining health insurance policies, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote health insurance products.

Explain policy features, benefits, coverage, premiums, and terms and conditions.

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable health insurance plans.

Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and convert leads into sales.

Handle customer queries and objections professionally.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Maintain accurate customer details and call records in the CRM system.

Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance sales guidelines.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic knowledge of health insurance products is an advantage.

Ability to handle customer objections and close sales.

Basic computer knowledge.

Fluency in Hindi and English; additional regional languages are an advantage.
